The IHBC, Ambassador Almqvist, Deputy James Hagan and the Embassy staff gave a warm welcome to representatives from our 2 charity partners today.
Kata Szemere (TaMi) and Dorottya Szalay (NaNe) were delighted to accept the donation from the St.Patrick’s Gala Celebration raffle/auction proceeds.
Former Republic of Ireland football star and current Ferencváros manager, Robbie Keane, along with his assistant Phil Hudson, joined us. Ferencváros TC sponsord a signed club jersey for the auction at the Gala Celebration. (soon to be seen hanging in the Scotsman Pub, Budapest!)
It was a perfect opportunity and occasion to hear about the activities the charities are currently working on and how crucial this type of funding is for them.
